The New York Comic-Con is this weekend at the Javitz Center in New York City and below is where you can find me:

Friday 2/23:
Panel: “Drawing the Battle Lines: Graphic Novels at War” 8-9pm
“There’s a war on, and today’s graphic novelists are confronting it head on with works that vault past the soundbytes of 24 hour news and into the complex, conflicted terrain of the real American psyche. Join panelists Douglas Rushkoff (Testament), Dan Goldman and Anthony Lappé, (Shooting War), Rick Veitch (Army @ Love), Tom Hart (Hutch Owen) and moderator Charles Brownstein (CBLDF) for a discussion of the state of political graphic novels during the global war on terror.”
Saturday 2/24:
Signing at Warner Books booth: 11am-12pm
Booth #440
I’m told there will be promo sheets showing the cover to SHOOTING WAR for the first time, and both myself and writer Anthony Lappé will be there to rap with.
Sunday 2/25
I’m sitting Sunday out for the sake of deadlines… but you should definitely go. It’ll be full of incredible talent, boundless enthusiasm and grown men in Green Lantern t-shirts.
